Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and spread the bread cubes evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle the cherries over the bread cubes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cherries, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
