Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Cherries pitted and halved
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and spread the bread cubes evenly in the dish.
  • Sprinkle the cherries over the bread cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cherries, making sure everything is evenly coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
