Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
