Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Combine the cooked macaroni with the meat sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
