Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • 5. Add the uncooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine and cover. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  • 6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. You can also customize it by adding your favorite burger toppings like pickles or bacon.
