Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cans Tamales drained and unwrapped
  • 1 can Chili 15 oz
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange the tamales in a baking dish.
  • Pour the chili over the tamales.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheeses on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some jalapeños or olives for extra flavor.
