Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 package Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
