Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and add the cubed brioche bread and blueberries.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
