Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
You can add some chopped cilantro or green onions on top for extra flavor.
