Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup Cooked ham diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and beaten eggs. Stir until well blended.
  • Add shredded cheese, diced ham, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
