Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Pour egg mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.

Notes:

Serve warm with additional maple syrup if desired.
