Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour egg mixture over the biscuit pieces.
Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Notes:
Serve warm with additional maple syrup if desired.
