Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
3. Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the bread.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and salt.
5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries, making sure everything is evenly coated.
6. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the mixture.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use any type of berries you like. You can also add a dusting of powdered sugar on top before serving.
