Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups Hash Browns thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

This casserole is great for breakfast, brunch, or even dinner.
