Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
