Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine venison, carrots, onions, and potatoes.
Add beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the venison is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving.
