Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb venison, cubed
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine venison, carrots, onions, and potatoes.
  • Add beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the venison is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is even better the next day. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat before serving.
