Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bread preferably stale
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  • Layer bread, veggies, spinach, and cheese in a baking dish.
  • Pour egg mixture over layers.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

Notes:

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
