Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cooked quinoa, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
