Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Tilapia fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs preferably seasoned
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and coat them with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Place the coated fillets in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Notes:

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
