Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush tilapia fillets with olive oil and coat them with the bread crumb mixture.
Place the coated fillets in a baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
