Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in all three cheeses until melted and smooth.
Mix the cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Notes:
Feel free to add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
