Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Macaroni cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in all three cheeses until melted and smooth.
  • Mix the cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
