Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen mixed vegetables in a baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite seasonings to the ground beef for extra flavor.
