Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Mix cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen mixed vegetables in a baking dish.
Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite seasonings to the ground beef for extra flavor.
