Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the frozen taquitos in a single layer in a baking dish.
Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the taquitos.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Serve with sour cream and chopped cilantro, if desired.
