Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni cooked
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, salsa, and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add extra toppings like chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, or jalapeños for added flavor.
