Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, beef mixture, salsa, and sour cream. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
