Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine thawed vegetables, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a potluck.
