Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine thawed vegetables, shredded Swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
