Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 2 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and brown on all sides.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Transfer the steak, onions, and garlic to a casserole dish. Add the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Cover the casserole dish with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
