Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the salsa, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the beef mixture. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
