Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the salsa, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and the beef mixture. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
