Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 12 oz Stuffing Mix
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Sage dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and celery to the skillet. Cook until tender.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage mixture, stuffing mix, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until top is golden brown.

Notes:

For a vegetarian version, substitute sausage with a plant-based alternative.
