Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and celery to the skillet. Cook until tender.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage mixture, stuffing mix, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until top is golden brown.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, substitute sausage with a plant-based alternative.
