Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on top if using.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence.
