Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 units eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
