diced tomatoes

beef broth

frozen peas

cooked rice

ground cumin

dried oregano
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, frozen peas, cooked rice, ground cumin, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add olives or raisins for a traditional twist.
