Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with frozen tater tots and remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
