Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with frozen tater tots and remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
