Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Pastrami, chopped
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pastrami, cooked pasta, and shredded cheese.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the pastrami mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great served with a side salad or garlic bread.
