Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pastrami, cooked pasta, and shredded cheese.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pastrami mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Great served with a side salad or garlic bread.
