Marinara Sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
5. Add cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
6. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite veggies or protein to this dish.
