Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any shape
  • 2 cups Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 3. In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • 4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Add cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  • 6. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 8. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies or protein to this dish.
