Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture on the bottom.
Add the uncooked pasta to the baking dish.
Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the pasta, ensuring all the pasta is covered.
Dollop the ricotta cheese over the top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
