Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta uncooked
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture on the bottom.
  • Add the uncooked pasta to the baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the pasta, ensuring all the pasta is covered.
  • Dollop the ricotta cheese over the top and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
