Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in soup and sour cream; heat through.
In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half of the noodles, beef mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes:
Feel free to add mushrooms or other veggies to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
