Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the beef and onion mixture.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for a family dinner or a potluck. You can add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
