Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
Add the cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and well combined with the beef and onion mixture.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is great for a family dinner or a potluck. You can add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
