Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ham, asparagus, and cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the ham and asparagus mixture and stir to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers.
