Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ham, asparagus, and cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the milk mixture over the ham and asparagus mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers.
