Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes drained
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir well.
  • Mix in the diced tomatoes and softened cream cheese, stirring until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped green onions or parsley on top for extra flavor.
