Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the gluten-free flour until well blended.
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked pasta, and shredded cheese.
Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
