Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the gluten-free flour until well blended.
  • Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, cooked pasta, and shredded cheese.
  • Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
