Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a crunchier topping, add crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs before baking.
