Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
