taco seasoning

salsa

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
Mix in corn and cooked rice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread sour cream on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sour cream.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as chopped tomatoes, green onions, or avocado.
