Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
  • Mix in corn and cooked rice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Spread sour cream on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the sour cream.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as chopped tomatoes, green onions, or avocado.
