Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add corn, black beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream to the skillet. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Arrange tater tots evenly over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
