Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, smoked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
