onion, chopped

rice, cooked

cheddar cheese, shredded

Cajun seasoning

heavy cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until tender.
Add shrimp and crab meat to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink.
Stir in cooked rice, Cajun seasoning, and heavy cream. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste.
