Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until tender.
  • Add shrimp and crab meat to the skillet. Cook until shrimp is pink.
  • Stir in cooked rice, Cajun seasoning, and heavy cream. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste.
