Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, butternut squash, shredded cheese, milk, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just reheat before serving.
