Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans and salsa.
In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas, half of the bean mixture, half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
