Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 6 large Flour tortillas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans and salsa.
  • In a baking dish, layer 3 tortillas, half of the bean mixture, half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
