Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook bratwursts over medium heat until browned. Remove and slice into 1-inch pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds.
Place bratwurst slices in a baking dish. Top with sauerkraut mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
Serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
