Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 bratwursts
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook bratwursts over medium heat until browned. Remove and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds.
  • Place bratwurst slices in a baking dish. Top with sauerkraut mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
