Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour egg mixture over the biscuits.
  • Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
