Ingredients:

  • 6 croissants day-old, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer the torn croissant pieces and mixed berries.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the croissants and berries, making sure everything is well-coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
