Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Stir in black beans and salsa.
Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in a baking dish. Top with beef mixture, then sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with your favorite taco toppings.
Notes:
Feel free to add more toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
