Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Stir in black beans and salsa.
  • Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in a baking dish. Top with beef mixture, then sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with your favorite taco toppings.

Notes:

Feel free to add more toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapeños.
