Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, bell pepper, onion, spinach, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

You can add any vegetables or meats you like to this frittata. It's very versatile!
