Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and add the cubed French bread.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Baileys, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For an extra touch, drizzle with maple syrup or dust with powdered sugar before serving.
